Money Politic – Kill The Big Fish

“We did not have what you call big fish or small fish”, as told by Ahmad Rithaudeen (Head of UMNO discipline Committee) when asked why certain big names are being protected by UMNO when RASUAH (aka Money Politic) case was reported against them. This is a very critical statement issued by Ahmad who claimed that UMNO has acted on all report against RASUAH, meaning that either action already taken when found guilty, or case closed when the complaint is not relevant. Let us have a second look on this issue, whether or not Ahmad Rithaudeen really do his job, or he is simply another cow with a chain attach to his nose.

We know for sure that there are actually more than thousands of RASUAH case reported against UMNO or BN members, unfortunately only a few hundred were being “investigated”. Sadly to say, only UNMO initiate a move to stop it but not MCA and MIC, seems to me either it is OK in other party to do it, or RASUAH is available only in UMNO. At least we can see that Pak Lah is trying, but everybody believes that he should try much much harder. According to Ahmad Rithaudeen, there were about 402 cases reported, 170 cases drop for not being relevant, 99 found not guilty. Let us work backward from this numbers. This means that 232 cases were investigated and 131 found guilty. Please correct me if I am wrong because the numbers were published in our local newspaper. Now, finally we have a number to look at and apply logic to it. Let us see whether there is any big fish punished in this so call Rasuah prevention in Pak Lah new titanium claw regime.

What I would like to stress first is the number of people that found guilty by Ahmad Rithaudeen’s team. Personally, I would like to ask for definition in Pak Lah and Co institution on what exactly is RASUAH (aka Money Politic). I cannot imagine that in our country or UMNO system, 131 people found guilty but release practically unscathed by Ahmad Rithaudeen. Who are these 131 names that they found guilty? Are they still running around doing their daily corrupted chores or someone is taking action? In addition to this, only the Small Fish were given punishment while the Smelly Big Fish leave unscathed. Why? Because organization like BPR and UMNO discipline Committee were told not to do any investigation or action by corrupt leader such as Mahathir previously and Pak Lah recently?

May be I am very naïve, but is Malaysia the only country where you can be found guilty of RASUAH, yet still have the freedom to walk around and be a leader (Ahli Parlimen, ADUN, Menteri) at a certain district or DUN? Are we that corrupted or do UMNO Discipline Committee is a bunch of coward? I would have to agree with both of it. We would like to know the status of the BIG and SMELLY FISH such as Rafidah, Samy Vellu, Nazri, Abu Hassan, Isa Samad, Najib, Ali Rustam, Md Taib, Adnan Yaakob, Sheikh Kadir and last but not least Mahathir. Are there any investigation initiated and why does it die halfway? Why are such cases being dropped for not being relevant? Who are the 131 found guilty? Anybody dare to take the first step and do the investigation up to the prosecution level? Can someone from this committee or UMNO please answer me, Malaysian need answers, not excuses.

We Malaysian will like to know the status of these issues after the complaint. Not just the RASUAH, also others such as

 1)     Ibu Rasuah Rafidah case in awarding single AP for thousands of car for Nasimuddin. Not to forget by giving RM2,000,000 shares when she chaired MITI to her son in law and Mahathir’s son

2)     Samy Vellu on all the fail project of our Highway in Malaysia and the size of his bank account. The increase of toll rate and concession every year will also increase Samy account book. Not to forget when he is the ministry for Kementerian Tenaga dan Telekomunikasi.

3)     Mahathir and Co. The number of projects Mahathir award to his families such as Mirzan, Marina, Mukriz and Mokhzani. Not to forget his buddies such as Goh Tong, Ananda Krishnan, Eric Chia, etc

4)     Abu Hassan(ex Selangor MB).Still can afford 3 huge bungalow on top of Penchala hill even after being “outcast” by Mahathir for corruption(not giving some to him).

5)     Sheikh Kadir on his “palace”. Where can a minister find that much money to build a house or palace that size?

6)     Muhammad Taib. His attempt to smuggle RM2M out of Malaysia. I am still scratching my head on how a person can have so much money by just being a minister.

7)     Menteri Besar Melaka. On his rape charges when he “mingle around with the people” with some teenagers in Malacca.

8)     Kamaruddin bin Abdullah(Pak Lah) for being rank Malaysian 37th richest person only after 1 year after Pak Lah took charge of Malaysia.

9)     Pak Lah and Endon failure to move into the Seri Perdana even after more than 18 months the house was vacant by Mahathir, reason being Endon want to do extensive alteration. Is that Pak Lah and Endon house or Malaysian house?

10) Nazri on the ridiculous permit given to companies for taxi. Even after he claimed that it was awarded to numbers of company, if we look back. All of those companies have one name written all over it. It is Nazri, Nazri, Nazri and still Nazri.

11) Najib on all those company awarded project by Mindef, same story as Nazri. Kursus Khidmat Negara, tender in MINDEF, all the companies got the tender have Najib’s name written all over it.

12) Yusof Afdal on his RASUAH effort to win election but still active and live a lavish live.(Found guilty by UMNO)

13) And the number will keep on going and going and going.

Coming back to this Big Fish issue, we know that there were numerous reports against people like Rafidah (Ibu Rasuah), Nazri, Adnan, Khalil, Mahathir and the rest. They were made by either UMNO people, PAS, KeADILan, DAP or people just like you and me. The question now is, who is acting on it? Sadly to say until now, NOBODY. I think Malaysians have to live with the fact that BPR, UMNO Discipline Committee, Police, Judges and last but not least the Ulama are another bunch of cowards, until they prove themselves not.

To Pak Lah, I beg of you to stop using this issue to gain support in your next coming election. Your way of “fighting” RASUAH seems to encourage it since it is just words but no actions. You punish the small fish but pretend that you did not see what the big fish is doing. We all know that the small fish did it because the big fish teach them to do it. Personally, I strongly believe that the only way for RASUAH to be totally taken out from Malaysian politic is plain and simple, Kill the Smelly Big Fish.
